We're a small, experienced (and yes, family) team with a proven track record of nurturing corporate growth. divergent represents our passion for sustainable business that works for everyone, not just the few.
Karolina Visser
Focusing on brand and customer strategy, Karolina brings years of experience from a variety of industries to every divergent company.
Her expertise lies in problem analysis and project coordination making her an invaluable asset to any investee business' team.
With 3 years at Cedita prior to divergent's founding, her passion for meticulous technical solutions continues to grow.
Rudi Visser
As a seasoned tech & business veteran, Rudi has started, joined, advised and worked for joined a number of "traditional" companies over the years and is now dedicated to doing things differently.
At divergent, he focuses on fostering innovation within our companies and driving sustainability through environmental initiatives and financial planning.
When required, Rudi also acts as technical lead for investee businesses.
